Trump reinstates "Mexico City" abortion policy

President Trump signed an executive order this morning reinstating the "Mexico City" policy that banned family planning funding for overseas groups that provide abortions, as Jonathan Swan and Caitlin Owens previewed yesterday. President Barack Obama overturned that ban in 2009 shortly after taking office.
