Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell told reporters Tuesday that GOP senators will be releasing a "discussion draft" of the Senate health care bill on Thursday before moving to a vote likely next week. McConnell said "everybody will have adequate time" and "plenty of time" to read the bill before moving to a vote, including reporters.
