President Trump's personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani told ABC News' George Stephanopoulos that the president's legal team has "zero" concerns about anything that Trump's former personal attorney Michael Cohen might tell federal prosecutors, adding, "As long as he tells the truth, we're home free."
The big picture: Last weekend, Cohen told Stephanopoulos that he would put his "family and country first" over any prior allegiance to Trump — and implied that he may cooperate with federal investigators, saying, "I will not be a punching bag as part of anyone’s defense strategy. I am not a villain of this story, and I will not allow others to try to depict me that way."
