What better way to end our vacation mode week than by salivating over an absolute beauty of a house, even if it's a little bit above our price range?
Axios' Brianna Crane loves this 1930s St. Pete bungalow, and we do, too. It's on the market for a cool $1.3 million.
- Why she digs it: With its curb appeal, 12-foot ceilings, 1930s charm, guest suite and outdoor entertaining areas, there's a lot to like.

Since Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez look to be getting back together, we wanted to find the Tampa Bay connection for one of the lovebirds.
Here it goes:
- Affleck was formerly married to ...
- Jennifer Garner, who was in "13 Going on 30" with ...
- Mark Ruffalo, who plays The Hulk in the Marvel Cinematic Universe alongside ...
- Chris Hemsworth, who almost missed his chance to play Thor when he was up for a role in "G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra." Instead, that role was played by ...
- Channing Tatum, who later starred in "Magic Mike," which we all know was set in ...

4. π΄ 1 last quick bite: Give us more DalMoros

π Selene here. When I heard DalMoros Fresh Pasta To Go was opening in downtown St. Pete, I was extremely skeptical.
I'm basically a carb-itarian, but the concept of fresh, homemade pasta served fast-food style seemed too good to be true.
- They've done essentially what Robert Pattinson was trying to create in his beautiful, spiraling nightmare of a GQ interview last year.
This is the first U.S. location of the Venice and Canada-based restaurant. And, so far, it's been a hit βΒ selling out before closing each night. Soon, the staff says, they'll be rotating different pasta shapes and sauces.
My verdict: *chef's kiss* The spaghetti had a wonderful bite to it. The boscaiola sauce was a tad bland, but extra grated parmesan was free, so that was an easy fix.
- I'm excited to go back and try more of their pasta shapes and sauces.
Bonus: The pastas are vegan and the sauce options range from meat to vegetarian to vegan.
β΅ Ben and Selene are finishing up vacation mode. π
See you next week!
