Capitol Hill gets a one-pound mozzarella stick

Driving the chews: Hill East Burger launches the supersized stick Thursday night for "Knot Night," a pop-up with Capitol Jill Baking starring sandwiches on giant garlic knots.

• Specials run 5-10pm and could stick around through the weekend.

🧀 Why? "Motivation is mostly a love of cheese," co-owner Chris Svetlik tells Axios. Inspiration also came from "delicious versions" at nearby Caruso's Grocery and Eebee's in Shaw.
