Coffee-spiked cocktails and all-day breakfast are coming to the Union Market District with Unido's opening this Friday.
Why it matters: The Panama-born cafe is leveling up inside La Cosecha, taking over a large bar space (formerly Destino) for a new all-day concept.
Dig in: Unido is known for its 100% Panamanian-grown coffee — including specialty geisha pours — in the Latin food hall and Shaw. The new spot keeps the caffeine flowing, plus:
All-day breakfast: egg sandwiches, wraps and toasts
Snacky tapas like tequeños (crispy fried cheese sticks)
A crowd-pleasing lunch/dinner lineup, from Panamanian-style pork belly fried rice to a burger.

To drink: Coffees — including fanciful creations like an activated charcoal-mocha latte — wine by the glass or carafe, and cocktails like an espresso-spiked negroni.
The intrigue: Opening night (Friday, 6pm–late) brings live music, free passed bites and a complimentary glass of wine for the first 50 guests.
The big picture: La Cosecha is in glow-up mode with new concepts, including Elegancia — a Latin cocktail bar from actor Wilmer Valderrama and Daniella Senior — and Marea, a Mexican-style seafood cart at Apapacho Taqueria (opening April 23).
