Two Washington women and entrepreneurs have teamed up to launch a new podcast aimed at aspiring business owners.

The intrigue: "Nail Ladies Show" features, yes, two women who built businesses focused on nails — one on hardware nails, one on fingernails.

Meet the hosts: Gina Schaefer is an author and the founder of a $50-million group of Ace Hardwares with over a dozen local locations. Andréa Vieira is a former journalist who's now the founder of Nailsaloon, a $10-million nail salon group with five local outposts.

The two friends chat about their own backstories launching businesses, while also sharing advice for women who want to start or are running a biz of their own.
