D.C.'s cutest workout? Puppy yoga comes to Adams Morgan

Lucky Pup Yoga brings the cutest wellness craze to Adams Morgan starting Saturday, where yogis can perfect their downward dog alongside 8-week-old puppies.

Why it matters: We need pawsitive vibes — plus the pups get socialization skills.

State of play: The inclusive, beginner-friendly "DC-first" studio is founded by native Sophia Bonde and military veteran-turned-artist Tyler Shea.

Puppy classes include 45 minutes of yoga and meditation, followed by 30 minutes of doggy playtime.
Classes run weekends for puppy yoga ($60, mat included) and Tuesdays/Thursdays for regular yoga and pilates ($25).

Between the lines: The studio partners with local breeders, shelters and rescues for pups and mutts of all kinds, and helps them prepare for forever homes.

The vibe: Equal parts zen and zoomies — good for a mood lift, birthday party, or paws to your week.
