D.C.'s biggest yoga festival is returning, with classes for all ages and experience levels on Saturday.
Why it matters: It's a great way to recharge and connect, all free and guided by skilled instructors.
Zoom in: The D.C. Department of Public Works is hosting the 4th annual YogaFest, dedicated to the theme of "Yoga For Everybody."
- Residents can join for yoga, meditation, and breathwork.
- Vendors, food, and giveaways will also be available.
Activities range from inclusive classes for all ages, body types and experience levels to silent disco yoga, moving to the rhythm of dance music through wireless headphones.
- The 12 YogaFest classes include power yoga, restorative yoga, and kids yoga.
- The event is BYOM — so bring your own mat, plus water and a hat, the festival encourages.
The event is at the Reservoir Park Recreation Center (10 Lower Service Ct. NW) and runs from 10am to 1pm.
