If you think eggs are expensive, try buying over $4 million's worth — that's what Ted's Bulletin and Kramers owner Steve Salis says he spent on eggs before egg-flation thanks to all-day breakfasts.
He recently started spending an extra $20,000 on eggs per week at his restaurants due toskyrocketing prices.
His answer: a new 75-cent eggstra charge for huevos until prices (hopefully) come down.
