Audi Field to host 3 FIFA Club World Cup matches in 2025

Some of the biggest professional soccer clubs in the world are coming to D.C. next summer for the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup.

The big picture: The first-of-its kind tournament is an opportunity to see your favorite international team play on your home turf.

How it works: Consider it a teaser for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, just with top pro clubs like Juventus of Italy's Serie A instead of national teams.

Clubs will play at stadiums around the U.S. in June, each gunning for a spot in the finals on July 13 at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.

June 18: United Arab Emirates' Al Ain FC vs. Juventus at 9pm
June 22: Austria's Red Bull Salzburg vs. Al Hilal of Saudi Arabia at 6pm
June 26: Al Ain vs. Morocco's Wydad at 3pm

What's next: Tickets for group stage matches go on sale Dec. 19 at 10am.
