❌ An Adams Morgan cafe has temporarily closed after a video surfaced of its owner berating a delivery driver for speaking Spanish. Canna Coffee Ice Cream Cafe Mocktail Bar Lounge had failed a D.C. Health inspection on Sept. 11, but continued to stay open. D.C. agencies and police enforced the shutdown yesterday. (WUSA9)
