It's the moment we've all been waiting for: Netflix has announced the upcoming cast of the D.C.-based "Love Is Blind" season.
Why it matters: It's totally possible you've crossed paths with some of the soon-to-be reality TV celebs on the Metro or in line at Tatte.
State of play: In very D.C. fashion, the line-up includes several military veterans, a lawyer, a policy expert, a consultant and a Washington Post journalist.

Garrett Josemans
- 33-year-old quantum physicist who attended Virginia's Longwood University and George Mason University, according to his LinkedIn.

Leo Braudy

Nina Zafar

Hannah Jiles
- 27-year-old working in medical device sales who attended West Virginia University, according to her LinkedIn.

Ray Pottebaum
- 33-year-old military vet who's a consultant at Accenture, according to his LinkedIn.

Taylor Krause
- 30-year-old federal policy manager at the clean energy group RMI.

Ramses Prashad
- 35-year-old program associate at the nonprofit Impact Justice, according to his LinkedIn.

Katie Bollinger
- 36-year-old marketing manager for the Baltimore Ravens, according to her LinkedIn.

Nick Dorka
- 29-year-old real estate agent with Long & Foster.

Marissa George
