This weekend in D.C., check out a Boyz II Men concert, SausageFest, the Arlington County Fair and Sneaker Con.
1. 🎵 Get to a concert
There are concerts galore this weekend in the DMV.
Here are five to check out:
- Jon B. will be at the Birchmere 7:30pm Friday and Saturday. Tickets are $69.50.
- Shaq's Bass All-Stars will be at Echostage 9pm Friday. Tickets start at $50.
- Future & Metro Boomin make their "We Trust You" tour stop at Capital One Arena 8pm Saturday. Tickets start at $140.
- Boyz II Men will be at Wolf Trap 8pm Saturday. Tickets start at $85.
- Lecrae will be at Ballston Quarter 7:30pm Sunday. Tickets start at $40.
2. 🌭 Fourth Annual SausageFest
- Enjoy a selection of sausages and beer, music, a foam party and a wiener dog costume contest at this fundraiser for the local LGTBQ+ community at Wunder Garten in NoMa noon-11pm Saturday and Sunday. Free.
3. 🕺 "MJ: The Musical"
- Watch the Tony Award-winning musical now through Sept. 8 at the National Theatre. This weekend's tickets start at $69.
4. 🎡 Arlington County Fair
- Visit the fair now through Sunday at the Thomas Jefferson Community Center. There is off-site parking available at the Bozman Government Center garage with a free shuttle. Free.
5. 👟 Sneaker Con
- Buy, sell and trade vintage and collectible sneakers and enter a raffle noon-7pm Saturday and Sunday at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. Tickets are $30.
6. 🎶 "The Sound of Music" sing-along
- Sing your favorite tunes from the Oscar-winning musical 7pm Friday at Wolf Trap. Tickets start at $29.
7. 🛍️ D.C. Summer Market pop-up
- Shop home goods, clothes, food, art and more from small businesses at Unique Market's pop-up 10am-5pm Saturday and Sunday at Union Market. Free.
