This weekend in D.C., check out Bourbon and Bluegrass at President Lincoln's Cottage, Tacos and Tequila at Nationals Park and the Fiesta Asia Street Fair on Capitol Hill.
1. 🥃 Sip and support
Listen to live music from six indie, folk and Americana artists and sip cocktails at Bourbon and Bluegrass.
Why it matters: This is the largest annual fundraiser to protect President Lincoln's Cottage, an independently run historic site that receives no federal operating support.
Catch up quick: The cottage was Lincoln's home away from home, where he wrote parts of the Emancipation Proclamation.
If you go: The event is 1–5pm Saturday and Sunday, and tours of the cottage are available. Adult admission with drinks starts at $70. View all ticket pricing here.

Stop by: A "Log Cabin Jam Session" will take place in front of the cottage at 12:15pm. Guests are invited to bring their own instruments to jam out with local fiddler Will Sears of Goldbug Revival.
2. 🌮 Tacos and Tequila
- Taste a showcase of tequilas and eat taco samples from local vendors competing for the title of Ultimate Taco and Tequila Champion, 4–7pm Saturday at Nationals Park. Tickets start at $75.
3. 👟 Walk Weekend
- Visit the seven members of Dupont Kalorama Museums Consortium, 11am–4pm Saturday and Sunday. Free.
4. 🌏 Fiesta Asia Street Fair
- Watch over 1,000 live performers and enjoy local food and art to celebrate Asian cultures, 11am Saturday on Pennsylvania Avenue. Free.
5. 🇫🇷 An Evening in Paris
- Party like a Parisian with French food, wine tasting, live music and an open bar, 7pm Saturday at the French Embassy. Tickets start at $119.
6. 🎵 Music in the Meadow
- Bring your picnic blanket and listen to a spring concert from local band Cumbia Heights, 7pm Friday at the National Arboretum. Free. Rain date is Sunday.
7. 🍽️ Taste of NoVa
- Sample food and drinks from some of the region's top chefs Sunday at the National Museum of the United States Army. Tickets start at $145.
8. 🎨 "Flow" Art Exhibit
- Support local artist Amir Barnett while vibing to music and connecting with other members of the community, 7pm Saturday at Homme Gallery. Tickets start at $20 and include two drinks.
9. 🇨🇲 La Soirée Blanche
- Celebrate Cameroon National Day with traditional food and music, 8pm Saturday at Karma DC. Tickets are $24.99.
