Around the Beltway: New Pride Parade route

🏳️‍🌈 This year's Capital Pride parade won't pass through Dupont Circle, D.C.'s historic LGBTQ+ center. Organizers say the festivities have grown too large for the neighborhood's narrowed streets, plus they're looking to use roomier downtown routes for the 50th-annual DC Pride, and WorldPride celebrations next year. 🚆 Amtrak won its eminent domain lawsuit over Union Station. A federal judge ruled in favor of the railway to take control of the historic transportation hub, which is poised to go under significant redevelopment. (Washington Business Journal)
