The 3M Open has struggled to attract the top names in golf since its debut in 2019. But this year, the world's No. 1-ranked golfer Scottie Scheffler is playing in the Blaine tournament.
- The tournament is Thursday through Sunday. Saturday's ticket comes with a concert by Andy Grammer after the golfers put away their clubs. $81+, except for Saturday, when tickets start at $91

✒️ Get inked at Tattoo Fest at St. Paul's RiverCentre, or shop for merch and observe 300+ artists in action. Friday-Sunday, $30 daily
🎶 Get glammed up and head to Target Center for country singer Megan Moroney's "The Cloud 9 Tour." 7pm Saturday, $125+
🕺 The Minneapolis Aquatennial wraps up this weekend with the Aqua Ambassador Coronation ($60) at 4pm Saturday followed by an electronic music dance party ($45) at 6pm.
- The Loring Park Art Festival will have work by 150 artists, plus music, food and beverages. Saturday and Sunday, free
🎶 Take a short road trip for some indie music. Justin Vernon of Bon Iver is bringing back the Eaux Claires festival in the Wisconsin city 90 miles east. Noon to 10pm Friday and Saturday. $124+ per day.
