The country music spinoff of the popular Yacht Club festival arrives in St. Paul's Harriet Island this weekend.
The two-day Minnesota Country Club is a new wave country festival, so don't expect to see the big corporate country acts.
- Friday's lineup includes Treaty Oak Revival, Charley Crockett and Stephen Wilson Jr.
- Saturday features the Red Clay Strays, Jessie Murph and Duluth's Trampled by Turtles. $115+ for one-day passes.
π Did you miss the Fourth of July fireworks? Lakeville had to cancel its show, but it will blast them off at 10pm Sunday night in King Park as a grand finale to the city's Pan-O-Prog celebration.
- You can also check out the city's annual Cruise Night on Friday at 6:30pm. 500+ vehicles drive from Lakeville South High School through downtown on Holyoke Avenue. Free
πͺ Want the lights without the boom? St. Paul's Allianz Field is hosting DroneArt Show: Space Chase, in which 1,200 illuminated drones light up the night sky with music and storytelling.

π¨ Check out works by 100+ artists at Art at St. Kate's on the St. Paul campus of St. Catherine University. The Saturday event includes music and food trucks. Free
π Test out your pickleball abilities at Northeast Minneapolis' Lucky Shots, which is holding its first-ever "Summer Classic" tournament on Saturday and Sunday. There will be separate brackets for differing skill levels. $60 entry, with prizes. Sign up by 8pm tonight.
ππ» Dance the night away at the Minnesota Salsa Fiesta on Friday night at Granada Theater or Saturday night at the Mill City Museum. Live bands, dance showcases, Latino food and art vendors. $45+
π Stroll the Minnesota State Fairgrounds Grandstand, meet authors and find new books at the Book Fair For Grownups on Saturday. Plus, there will be food trucks and craft beer. $15+
