Minnesota real estate agent will trade property for Magic: The Gathering cards

The big picture: Michael Russo, a longtime collector of Magic cards and former owner of Uptown's Steamship Games, is open to partial or full collections in exchange for his 3,675-square-foot building in downtown Fairfax.

Case in point: He posted the offer in local gaming groups Monday night and had three interested parties by noon Tuesday.
