Bellecour reopens in North Loop, OG Zaza expands to Grand Ole Creamery

After closing this May, Gavin Kaysen's bakery Bellecour has returned as an all-day bistro in a new North Loop location.

What to expect: A casual, counter-service bakery and cafe until 5pm, when the space will transition into a full-service restaurant with French-inspired fare.

The bakery and cafe reopens Thursday morning, with dinner service beginning Dec. 6, per a release. Reservations recommended.

🍕 OG Zaza, the New Haven-style pizza spot that has rapidly expanded across the metro, is opening a fifth location adjacent to Grand Ole Creamery in St. Paul on Jan. 1, per Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal.

Pizza Karma, meanwhile, has closed its Maple Grove outpost after six years, per CCX. Its other locations remain open.

🥟 Saturday Dumpling Co. just opened its second stand-alone restaurant in Minneapolis' Armatage neighborhood.

Unlike its other locations, it will serve breakfast, including congee hash browns and soufflé egg sandwiches.

🍔 Toki Doki Burger in Minneapolis closes at the end of December, it announced this week.

The space will become a new concept by the same owners.
