Karol Coffee Co., a small-batch roaster known for popping up at farmers markets, has completed its transition into a full-blown coffee shop.
The latest: Karol debuted a newly-renovated space in St. Paul's Como Park neighborhood on Saturday.
For the last few months, baristas had been pouring lattés out of both a camper and a temporary space in the back of their building while construction continued in front.
