The Minneapolis season of "Love is Blind" might be the most boring yet

• "Leave it to Minnesotans to be too stable and even-tempered to deprive us of the early train wrecks that have been so satisfying in previous seasons," wrote Minnesota Star Tribune columnist Laura Yuen.

The intrigue: Never before has the show spent six episodes — equivalent to a whopping seven hours of content — just in the pods, where all contestants can do is sit and date each other through a wall.

💭 Audrey's thought bubble: As a viewer, it's incredibly dull — and I've seen all seven seasons.

• It's possible to have some top-tier drama in the pods (Brittany and Leo, anybody?), but the "conflicts" this time around have been mid-tier at best.

What we're watching: The next three episodes, which drop Friday, will see the engaged couples vacation in Honduras.

• They then return to Minneapolis to live together — eight episodes in.
