The freezing temperatures didn't stop the World Snow Sculpting Championship in Stillwater from crowning a winner over the weekend.
Team Falcon of Mongolia beat out 11 competitors from across the globe with "Voice," while Team Taiwan's "Whispers in the Breeze" nabbed the coveted People's Choice and Artists Choice awards.
