The longtime owner of Sweeney's Saloon near St. Paul's Selby-Dale intersection has sold the popular bar.

A state real estate filing shows he sold it to an entity tied to Rolf on Dec. 23 for $1.75 million.
An attorney for Gadbois declined to comment and Rolf did not respond to a voice message.
