Restaurant roundup: Slice Brothers saved from eviction, Minari is here, Rustica's new owners

🍕 Slice Brothers Pizza won't be evicted from the Mall of America after all.

• Co-owner Hosie Thurmond told the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal that the mall revoked its lawsuit after they made a big payment for unpaid rent. MOA didn't provide a response.

🥟 Minari, an East Asian restaurant backed by Daniel del Prado, is now open in the former Erté space in Northeast Minneapolis.

• The menu, which was created by chef Jeff Watson of Burch Steak and Bar La Grassa, has an entire section just for dim sum.

🥐 Rustica Bakery & Cafe has been acquired by Jester Concepts, the group behind popular Twin Cities restaurants such as Butcher & the Boar and Parlour.

• The group has no plans for "significant changes" to the bakery, per a release, but hopes to grow its wholesale business and expand breakfast and lunch offerings.
