When the Twins host the Cleveland Guardians Thursday for their home opener at Target Field, the stadium's concession options will feature even more local restaurants and bars.

What's happening: The team hosted its Taste of the Twins food tour Monday, showcasing all the new foods and beverages that will be available during the upcoming season.

Here's what to expect:

๐Ÿ‘€ Up-and-coming eateries: STPCHLD founder Kamal Mohamed's new clean eating cafe Parcelle may have just opened in Northeast Minneapolis this January, but it's already snagged a stand at Target Field serving its organic smoothies.

  • Mall of America's Bussin Birria Tacos and Graze Provisions + Libations food stand Two Mixed Up are also debuting, with the latter offering burger fries, s'mores cookies and a double smashburger.

๐Ÿฅฐ New dishes from old favorites: Official Fried Chicken and Union Hmong Kitchen, which debuted to much fanfare in Target Field last year, are expanding their offerings in 2024 with eats like buffalo dry rub wings and a banh mi brat.

  • On the sweeter side, cheese curd stand Curds & Cakes will now serve a deep-fried Oreo sundae served in a commemorative plastic Twins hat.

๐Ÿธ More booze: In addition to three new drinks from O'Shaughnessy Distilling Co. and new bar Cutwater Cocktail Bar, the stadium is now serving s'mores-flavored "boozy ice cream" with vodka mixed into the chocolate soft serve.

  • Reality check: I couldn't taste, or feel, any difference from regular ice cream.

๐Ÿ›ฅ๏ธ Bonus: Visitors can grab "lakeside-themed" food and drinks if they book "The Dock," a new 12-seat space beyond right field that looks like a Winnebago boat.
