5 things to do this weekend: Art festivals and bike swaps

We're back at it again with your weekend event roundup:

🏙 Check out 100+ BIPOC-owned local businesses at The Black Market's final summer pop-up in the North Loop Saturday afternoon.

✨ Light up St. Paul at the Water Lantern Festival on Saturday night. Attendees will decorate their own rice paper lantern and set it free at Phalen Park. (The ticket price also pays for the cost of lantern cleanup by staff members.)

🎨 The FLOW Northside Art Crawl across North Minneapolis continues Friday night and Saturday, showcasing dozens of local businesses and artists along a mile and a half of the West Broadway corridor.

🚲 Want to get back in the saddle post-heat wave? The Twin Cities Bike Swap — which claims to be the biggest bike swap meet in the Midwest — returns Sunday in New Brighton.
