The most popular terms in Twin Cities Zillow listings

The Twin Cities housing market is on fire, with homes selling in record time — so we wanted to discern the most popular features in homes being sold.

The winner, according to Zillow, is garage. It shows up in 40% of local listings.

Other top terms:

Fireplace (31%)
Patio (26%)
Hardwood (25%)
Walk-in closet (21%) '

No surprises here: Nationally, 20% of listings contain the word pool. Here? Only 6.6%.
