Soccer is back at Snapdragon Stadium as San Diego FC kicks off a slate of home games over the next two weeks.
Why it matters: As one of the top teams in the MLS, SDFC puts on a show for fans with a high-scoring offense and fun game-day experience.
Driving the news: SDFC plays Toronto FC on Wednesday, the Vancouver Whitecaps on Saturday and Nashville SC next Friday, all at 7:30pm.
- The team's three Concacaf League Cup matches against Mexican clubs will be played at Snapdragon on July 29, Aug. 1 and Aug. 5.

⚽ Goals are the most exciting part of soccer games, and SDFC has scored more than any other team in the MLS, with a fast-paced, high-pressure style of play.
- MLS All-Star Anders Dreyer is a big part of that as the team's leading scorer. He tops the league with combined goals and assists and is in the race for MVP.
🎉 The tailgates are a party, with plenty of drinks, tacos and bacon-wrapped hot dogs — plus music, drums and chanting fans with lucha libre flair.
- SDFC also hosts a family-friendly pregame fan fest with games, food trucks, live music and art installations.
🏟️ There are no bad seats in the stadium, which also serves local food and beer.
- Tickets start at about $20. The rowdy supporter section is standing room only, but the energy is contagious.
The intrigue: Saturday's game supports a good cause — SDFC is donating $2 for every ticket sold to a fund making soccer more accessible to underserved youth.
