Quartyard anniversary party headlines weekend events

This weekend, Quartyard is celebrating 10 years of bringing community, art and music together at its East Village venue.

State of play: Adrian Younge, who's worked with Snoop Dogg, Kendrick Lamar, and Wu-Tang Clan, and his 10-piece orchestra are performing Saturday night as part of his "Something about April" tour.

The all-ages event, organized in partnership with Soda Bar and Artdontsleep, will also feature San Diego Freak Out DJs with Mexican bites from El Comal, cocktails and beer available.
Psychedelic indie band WILLIS takes the stage Friday night and groovy pop band Rubblebucket plays on Sunday night.

If you go: Tickets are $22-$31 and the space is an outdoor shipping container park.

⚽ SDFC plays Seattle at Snapdragon on Saturday night.
