The winner of this year's Florida Python Challenge caught 96 Burmese pythons from Everglades National Park.
By the numbers: Across the 10-day event, intended to raise awareness about invasive species, hunters removed 280 pythons from South Florida's ecosystem.
With nearly 100 removals, Tom Rahill won the $10,000 grand prize, per the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.
👀 The longest python of the competition — caught by Rahm Levinson — measured over 16 feet.
