What's going up: NoBe PARC, Pier Sixty-Six

NoBe PARC Miami Beach: The latest development in North Beach will be a 15-story residential building, featuring a resort-style pool, co-working spaces, social lounges and more amenities, Miami Living reported.

• The 232 apartments will be fully furnished and be short-term rental friendly.

Palm Tree Residences Miami: The short-term rental friendly condo is the first branded residence for Palm Tree Crew, The Real Deal reported.

• The project, slated for 31 NW 10th St., will be 37 stories and feature 483 fully furnished apartments (studios to three-bedrooms).
• A nightlife venue will be on the ground floor.

Pier Sixty-Six, the historic resort in Fort Lauderdale, is expected to submit plans this summer to begin the project's second phase, according to the South Florida Business Journal.

• The next phase will include four buildings with 339 units.
