What's going up: Miami's tallest building

Cipriani Residences Miami: At 872 feet, the luxury Brickell tower developed by Mast Capital is already the tallest residential tower south of New York City, per a news release.

• The tower is expected to open in 2027 and reach 950 feet.
• The building will feature nearly 400 one- to four-bedroom homes, 50,000 square feet of amenities, a resident-only restaurant, a 37th-floor speakeasy and a resort-style pool deck with cabanas.

Duos Wynwood: The 8-story, 49-unit project is the latest short-term rental-friendly condo project for the changing neighborhood, the Real Deal reported.

• The project will include studios to two-bedroom units, fitness center, co-working spaces and 3,000 square feet of ground-floor retail.
• It's expected to open in 2028 with construction set to begin later this year.

Flats Flagler Gateway: The 12-story Class A multifamily project in Fort Lauderdale will include 215-units, a fitness center, pool and coworking spaces.

• The project recently received a $68,500,000 construction loan and will be located in the Flagler Village neighborhood, according to a news release.
• Construction is set to begin next month with a completion date for mid-2028.
