What's going up: Music HQ, plus workforce housing

Musician Pitbull is planning to demolish his childhood home in Wynwood to make way for Mr. 305 headquarters.

• City records show the project will include an eight-story, 11,200-square-foot building with 9,700 square feet of office space, the Real Deal reported. The developer is the Brickell-based Rilea Group.
• The proposal is heading to the Wynwood Design Review Committee on Tuesday for a vote.

Construction began on HueHub in West Little River, the county's largest Live Local Act project, the South Florida Business Journal reported.

• Demolition on the $880 million project began on one of the sites and will replace 141 apartments. Construction is set to begin next month.
• The full project features seven towers, 35 stories each, and includes more than 4,000 residential units.

Uni + Dos, a mixed-use development in the Arts & Entertainment District, broke ground earlier this month, a spokesperson confirmed.

• The project, located at 1445 N. Miami Ave, will be 31 stories and feature 398 residences for people making between 60% and 140% of the area median income, the South Florida Business Journal reported.
