This Valentine's Day weekend lineup reminds us why we love Miami.
Here are some events happening around town:
🎨 The Coconut Grove Arts Festival runs Saturday-Monday.
- Eat, drink and walk the open-air festival grounds as more than 280 artists showcase their work. (Unlike Art Basel, you can actually afford certain pieces here.)
- Saturday and Sunday, 10am-6pm.
- Monday, 10am-5pm.
- Tickets $29+ (free for those 12 years and younger).
- 2700 S. Bayshore Dr.
✨ Ignite Broward, a technology-forward art festival, runs from Friday, Feb. 22, at four locations across Broward County.
- MAD Arts in Dania Beach will feature interactive installations, outdoor sculptures and works shaped by artificial intelligence. (Noon-10pm daily.)
- Arts Park at Young Circle in Hollywood will be filled with inflatable illuminated seating sculptures, audiovisual interactive installations, projection mapping, sound-reactive experiences and thousands of animated lights that respond to their surroundings. (6-10pm daily; open until 11pm on Fridays and Saturdays.)
- Reverend Samuel Delevoe Memorial Park in Fort Lauderdale will have installations and performances, and host the Ignite Broward kickoff Friday at 6:30pm (Open daily from 6-10pm; open until 11pm on Fridays and Saturdays.)
- Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is also participating this year.
- Entry is free.
🍓 Green Market on Flagler, a new downtown Miami farmers market, opens Saturday from 10am-5pm.
- 200 E Flagler St.
🎷 Olympia Arts Miami hosts live-music performances on Fridays and Saturdays through March 21 as part of its Street Stages program.
- On Friday, Paola Ines & Norte Sur, and S.O.U.L. perform.
- Saturday features performances from Son Qba and Marlow Rosado.
- 6pm-9pm.

🎶 The Ocean Drive Association hosts its weekly Sunday concert in Lummus Park on Ocean Drive, featuring the Curtis Lundy Quartet.
- 5pm-6:30pm.
- Free.
😋 Chinese Lunar New Year festival: Smorgasburg Miami is taking over Lincoln Road for a two-day celebration of the Year of the Horse.
- The event features caricatures, a calligraphy class, a lion dance performance and a kung fu demonstration.
- Saturday, 12pm-10pm.
- Sunday, 12pm-8pm.
