It may not feel like it, but fall is almost here.
Why it matters: It's so hot out that we need a reminder that fall officially begins on Monday.
State of play: Miami is celebrating the end of summer with a harvest festival and the spookily premature return of a Halloween carnival.
π The Berry Farm reopens Tuesday for its sixth annual Harvest Festival in The Redland.
- π½ Attractions include hayrides, a 5-acre corn maze, a pumpkin path and mulberry picking.
- π» The sunflower and zinnia fields should make for excellent selfie backdrops, too.
- π If you fear the heat, the kids can enjoy three shaded bounce floors.
- π€ If a boot-scooting boogie is more your speed, the farm is hosting line dancing nights every Saturday from 7pm-11pm.
- π Pig out during weekend barbecues and shop at vendor markets throughout October.
- πΈ There is live music on select weekends.
