New luxury condo development announced for Wynwood

Another luxury development is coming to Wynwood featuring about 186 residences.

The latest: Alchemy Properties, Breakers Capital and Galapagos Global Capital Management announced last week the new project, expected to break break in early 2027.

Flashback: Alchemy Properties acquired the project in 2022 for $18 million.

It's the New York-based luxury condo developer's first venture into Miami's condo market.

By the numbers: The 12-story development at 18 NW and 23rd Street, will feature:

About 206,00 square feet of residential space
13,500 square feet of ground-floor retail
And more than 30,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity space.

The project will include studios to three-bedroom units, a fitness center, rooftop pool, coworking spaces and more, per a news release.
