New public artwork is now on display along Lincoln Road in South Beach.
Driving the news: Artist duo Gillie and Marc, known for their animal-human hybrid sculptures, installed three bronze pieces at the South Beach mall, on display through July 2026: "The Wild Couch Party," "Watch Out for Paparazzi Dog" and "Watch Out for Paparazzi Rabbit."
- "The Wild Couch Party," a 40-foot-long sculpture featuring twelve endangered animals lounging on a 13,000-pound couch, is meant to raise awareness for wildlife conservation.
The Lincoln Road Business Improvement District is behind the new installations.
