Mango's Tropical Cafe owner David Wallack is selling his Morningside mansion for $20.9 million.
Why it matters: From the cheetah print to palm trees, this waterfront estate oozes South Beach indulgence.
- The landscaping alone is said to be worth $1 million and include tropical plants, fruit trees and "the aphrodisiac tropical scents of gardenias and night-blooming jasmine."
