Miami's newest restaurants — and what to watch for in 2025

• The popular steakhouse has pasta and raw bar dishes — and features some cocktail and menu items from the owners' previous restaurant, Jaguar Sun.

Recoveco in South Miami, which opened over the summer, was dubbed the "best restaurant you haven't been to yet" by the Miami Herald.

• The intimate restaurant has a rotating menu based on seasonal availability.

Donatella Restaurant at Orcidea Hotel, an Italian restaurant from the Nakash Group and Vida & Estilo Hospitality, is opening on Collins Avenue in South Beach in early 2025.

The Joyce, a 45-seat "speakeasy-style" steakhouse, is opening early this year on Española Way in South Beach.

• Its sister restaurant, the Window at The Joyce, will offer casual outdoor dining. Spicy Hospitality Group will operate both concepts.

Fooq's, which closed downtown in 2021, is opening a revamped restaurant in Little River this year with a chef's counter and second-floor lounge.
