Pumpkin Key, a 26-acre private island, is for sale off Key Largo

Details: Pumpkin Key, which failed to sell for $95 million back in 2020, was recently relisted by Liz Hogan of Compass.

• The island includes a pool home, three apartments, 12 empty lots and a marina built for a super yacht. Not to mention the tennis courts that can be converted into a helipad.
• The price tag also includes a mainland home in the private Ocean Reef Club, which is a short boat ride away.
