WeWork will open its third Charlotte community at The RailYard South End in August — and it’ll have an outdoor terrace and private event space.

The two-story space is 44,768 square feet and has views of Uptown, South End and Dilworth through its floor-to-ceiling glass windows.

This will be Charlotte’s first boutique WeWork community. While the city’s other locations have upwards of 1,500 members, RailYard will have less than 900.

Location: The exact address is 1422 S. Tryon St., Suite 300.

It’s an easy walk to Futo Buta, Hoppin’, Seoul Food, Gin Mill, Central Coffee Co, Price’s Chicken Coop, Sabor and Flower Child — and although slightly longer, it’s also walkable to Design Center hotspots like Superica, Jeni’s, Hawkers and Barcelona.

It’s also a block away from the Bland Street light rail stop.

Amenities: All of WeWork’s locations have perks like WiFi, fruit-infused water, exclusive curated events, mail/package handling, conference rooms and a super attentive community team, dedicated to making the space an ideal work environment.

The RailYard location will also have an outdoor terrace, and rentable private event space.

Other amenities include business-class printers; 24/7 secured access; bike storage; classrooms; wellness rooms; new mother’s room; dog friendly; micro-roasted coffee; daily cleaning.

Plus, WeWork RailYard offers members access to other shared building amenities, like the fitness center (with two Peloton bikes) and rooftop sky deck.

And don’t forget, Rhino Market has already signed a lease at the RailYard along with a new Italian concept named North Italia.

Memberships: They’ve got hot desks in shared open spaces; move-in ready private offices for one employee and up; and large private office suites (with private outdoor terraces). Basically, WeWork is perfect for anyone looking for a flexible alternative to traditional offices leases. Memberships start at $300/month for hot desks.

Depending on your membership type, you can also use credits to book conference rooms or hot desk at other WeWork locations.
