Savor Charlotte is longer — and tastier — this year

A message from: Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority

Savor Charlotte returns this year for an extended three-week celebration of Charlotte's culinary culture and the tastemakers who make our city unique.
What you need to know: Charlotte's food scene is having a breakout year — from three chefs snagging James Beard noms to the city receiving its first Michelin Star to hosting season 23 of Bravo's "Top Chef."
- From March 11-28, Savor Charlotte is serving up immersive, innovative ways to dig into the best tastes in the city — and hear directly from the chefs, bakers, mixologists, brewers and sommeliers behind them.
What's in store: With more energy than ever around the food industry in town, Savor is rising to the occasion with a stacked lineup of one-of-a-kind experiences with culinary experts, chef-curated menus and delicious offers.
🍴 Here are some of this year's most anticipated events:
- Taste of Mint | March 12: Explore the intersection of fine dining and fine art at The Mint Museum Uptown and Mariposa.
- Food Science on the Rocks | March 20: Get hands-on with cocktails and food-themed science experiences during an adults-only evening at Discovery Place Science.

- Serving the Culture | March 22: Get down to New Jack Swing — a blend of hip hop, R&B vocals and dance music — alongside a multi-course dinner at Lenny Boy.
- Brisket + Biscuits | March 28: Indulge in a BBQ brunch at Town Brewing featuring exclusive dishes from nine local pitmasters and chefs.
Businesses and restaurants across the city will also have exclusive deals and limited-time menu offerings during Savor Charlotte.
