The ICC is back, baby.
Need a refresher? The ICC is a professional soccer tournament between 18 of the best clubs in the world. Matches will be played in North America, Europe and Singapore.
Lucky for us, the face-off is headed to CLT.

On July 22, Liverpool F.C. will take on Borussia Dortmund in Bank of America Stadium, and you won’t want to miss it.
Liverpool F.C. competes in the English Premier League, the best of the best in English football. And Borussia Dortmund is one of the most successful German clubs in history.
Pro tip: Keep an eye out for Christian Pulisic, thought to be one of the greatest young American players, in action on the Dortmund side.
The game is just around the corner, so get your tickets before they’re gone.
Seats start at just $40. Note that when looking at the seat map below, Liverpool’s bench will be on the bottom left of the field, and Dortmund’s will be on the bottom right.
Where do I park?

The match will take place at Bank of America Stadium, so you’ll have the usual options of public and private parking decks. The stadium reccomends the Mint Street Parking Facility, which is adjacent to the venue. Parking Panda has options starting at $15, but ones that are closer to the stadium are going for about $20-$30.
For the easiest (and most fun) game day experience, we recommend taking Lyft.
As for the official tailgates…
Soccer fans and Charlotteans love a good tailgate, so the pregame parties on July 22 promise to be epic. Some of the surrounding parking lots will allow tailgating, as long as strict guidelines are followed regarding fire safety.
Head to the corner of Mint and Morehead from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. for the official Heineken beer garden with foosball, corn hole and a DJ.
The ICC tournament’s official tailgating option, The Champions Lounge, opens 3 hours before kickoff and takes place right inside the stadium in the Panther’s Den on the Club Level of the stadium. Tickets are $150/person and include food, beer/wine/liquor and all the set-up and clean-up for you and your crew of up to 100 people.
They even have a VIP option with elevated food and drinks and a private event entrance. Tickets to the VIP lounge are $195/person.
