I braved my fear of needles and got IV hydration therapy – here are 4 key takeaways

Drips take about 45 minutes

Okay, but: It’s perfect for some relaxing me-time. The treatment rooms are furnished with comfy couches, large TVs and mini-fridges with snacks.

It was easier than I expected.

Personally, I don’t *love* the feeling of getting blood drawn and was pretty nervous about the IV drip. However, aside from some pinching and pressure at the injection site, it was pretty comfortable.
