For the fans: How to maximize your 2026-27 Hornets season

A message from: Charlotte Hornets

Hornets fans are already buzzing for next season as the Hornets ride the momentum of 25 consecutive sellouts at Spectrum Center and welcome another talented draft class.
What you need to know: With excitement around the team building off of last season's momentum, fans hoping to catch more games in person need to plan ahead.
How it's done: For many fans, attending 40 home games just isn't in the cards.
- That's where partial ticket plans come in, offering a way to experience the energy of the Hive and see top NBA matchups on your own schedule — for less than the gate ticket prices.
The breakdown: Fans can choose from 20-game or 10-game options, with plans built around different priorities.
There are two 20-game plans:
- 🩵 Teal | $23 per seat per game: This plan gets you into the Warriors matchup.
- 💜 Purple | $25 per seat per game: This plan's marquee is the Lakers matchup.
Take note: The rest of the games in these plans are evenly distributed throughout the season and relatively equal in opponent caliber.
There are four 10-game plan options:
- 🏁 Starter: For the fans who are in it for the vibes, this is the most budget-friendly option. Think weeknight games and mid-stakes matchups. Starting at $19 per seat.
- 🎉 Weekend: This is for the weekend warriors. You'll get tix to ten games exclusively on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Starting at $23 per seat.
- 💼 Business: Perfect for catching games after work, this plan unlocks ten weeknight games on Monday-Thursday. Starting at $25 per seat.
- 🤩 All-Star: This premium plan gets you locked into the top-tier matchups throughout the season. Starting at $28 per seat.
Beyond tickets, partial plan holders also unlock some of the same benefits season-ticket members enjoy.
What's in it for you:
- Hive Society membership.
- Ability to secure the same seat for every game in your plan.
- Hive Society member events, including the season tip-off celebration and game day events.
- Dedicated Hive Society entrance.
- Free NBA League Pass subscription.
Looking ahead: The Hornets added to their roster of young talent during the 2026 NBA Draft with two first-round picks: Hannes Steinbach (No. 14) and Christian Anderson (No. 18).
- Hannes Steinbach (University of Washington) led the NCAA in rebounding. The 6'11" German gives Charlotte an elite presence on the glass with physicality, soft touch around the rim and high basketball IQ.
- Christian Anderson (Texas Tech) is one of the draft's top shooters. Anderson knocked down 41.5% from three while earning All-Big 12, Third-Team All-America and Big 12 Most Improved Player honors.
