McKenzie here, back with another edition of McKenzie's Moves, where I try fitness and wellness experiences around the city.

This time, I visited La Bodeguita, a craft cafe and wellness studio at Camp North End.

Why it matters: Like a cafe but with arts and crafts instead of coffee, La Bodeguita uses creativity to help people connect with themselves and others, owner and therapist Michelle Fernandez previously told Axios.

Zoom in: I spent a Sunday afternoon at its two-hour "Albums That Made Me" workshop, turning five of my favorite albums into wearable mini CD cases.

I made mine into a belt chain. Creative, nostalgic and regulating are a few words I'd use to describe the workshop. But my favorite part was talking about everyone else's albums and the memories behind them.

Price: $35, though ticket prices vary. La Bodeguita also offers other workshops and drop-in crafts, from a charm bar to watercolor painting.
