Your next South End meal

Hamptons-based restaurant, flora, is now open in South End.

What to expect: The Charlotte location of the seasonal New American restaurant is its first expansion beyond New York.

• We stopped by for lunch and ordered the saffron mussels ($20), pan-seared branzino ($40) and lobster roll ($42) with truffle fries.
• To wash it down, we had the Greenhouse ($16), flora's take on a cucumber margarita.

• It's open 11:30am-9pm Monday-Thursday, 11:30am-10pm Friday, 11am-10pm Saturday and 11am-9pm Sunday.
