The finalists have been named for the 2026 Blumey Awards.
Why it matters: Stars, including Reneé Rapp and Eva Noblezada, have come through the area's high school theater awards.
State of play: Winners for Best Actor and Best Actress receive an all-expenses-paid trip to New York City to compete in the National High School Musical Theater Awards, also known as the Jimmy Awards (think of them like the Tony Awards for high school).
