All-day cafe Folia has released its spring cocktail menu.
What to expect: Floral and tropical flavors with a mix of seasonal "annuals" and staple "perennials."

🐉 Dragon Fly: A tropical mix with Tito's, dragon fruit and subtle heat from Thai green chili.
🍸 You Want Lychee, You Get Lychee: A lychee martini topped with jasmine tea foam.
🥒 Demeter's Muse: Gin, cucumber, mint and lime, clarified with Greek yogurt — basically tzatziki as a cocktail.
🍾 Cam Girl Martini: A twist on a pornstar martini with Prosecco foam.
